Robin McGraw, wife of the television host, Dr. Phil, has launched a beauty brand, Robin McGraw Revelation. The new beauty brand, which is launching today on HSN, consists of four skincare products that were inspired by McGraw’s own skincare regimen. McGraw is a television personality herself, as well as the author of two books on the New York Times’ best-sellers’ list. The brand’s cleanser, scrub, moisturizer and overnight mask all contain the proprietary Flora-Cell Complex, which combines Swiss Alpine Edelweiss Extract with skin-compatible liposomes. The products range in price from $19.95 – $69.95. Why get into the beauty biz? “I believe that true beauty emanates from within, and I feel my best when I take care of myself,” says McGraw. “My hope is that these products help other women care for themselves, so they feel their best and are empowered to do their best work, no matter what that is.” In honor of the HSN launch, Robin McGraw Revelation will make a $10,000 donation to When Georgia Smiled, a non-profit foundation Robin founded to create and support programs for women and children, especially those affected by domestic violence. And – starting on April 15th net profits from select products sold on the brand’s website will benefit the foundation and its programs. The first product of this kind will be the brand’s AveryLasting Love Lipgloss collection. Anne Martin-Vachon, chief merchandising officer for HSN, commented: “Robin’s advocacy for women and personal philosophy of helping women care for themselves will have a strong impact on our customers and I look forward to her debut.”
